ジャスト ホテル ミラノ

ツインベッドで部屋も少しひろくて　またバスルームも広くてきれいでした。

ネット予約の時点と支払った部屋代が２０€ほど高かったです、もちろんネット料金　ミニバーの飲み物は別です。 このホテルと関係はないですが以前ホテルのミニバーを期待して行ったのに、部屋にある冷蔵庫がミニバーというのを理解せず　ただほてるに軽いカウンターのバーを想像していて、文句をこのお客情報に言っていた馬鹿娘たち世間知らずを恥と思っていないところと何を期待してミニバーを想像していたのか　ただのミーハー娘。日本人の恥。

ミラノ中央駅前。どこにいくにも便利。 部屋は広く快適。まわりにもレストランがあり、夜も安心。

喘息がでて困った。ホテルのせいではないが、帰って調べると大気汚染が原因らしい。喘息もちにはミラノは要注意。

Some staff are very pleasant and always helpful. The location is perfect for me. Close to metro , station. I get cabs to airports. I like to come to augustus on arrival and departure from italy. Thankyou. Lynne Jackson.

Location to the central train station.

The front dest staff couldn't have been nicer. I called and said my air conditioner wasn't working properly and the front dest sent a "boy" to my room immediately. This young fellow told me it would take 30 minutes or more to cool my room down. When I told him I'd turned it on 4 hours previously he said "you're lying". I called the front desk to complain and couldn't even talk to them because he was yelling at me. When I went down to the front desk he followed me and started yelling at the front desk clerk too. He seem to be southeast asian/filipino in nationality. Also, the wifi I paid for keep disconnecting. I got another room and although it was smaller, It was satisfactory. But the room "boy" was not a plus for your hotel.

Convient to metro and rail, nice breakfast buffet, helpful staff

The room and bathroom were clean. Breakfast was not included in the fee but was good. Location is across the road from Central Station in a road with several other hotels.

It was not apparant how to use the air conditioning and I am still unsure whether you could actually regulate teh temperature apart from switching it on and off!

Extremely helpful front desk and nice clean room at a very good location just across the train station and metro right beside the hotel.

The friendly welcoming atmosphere. All the staff are very helpful and always smiling. I feel like I am coming home every time I arrive. The location from the Station is also fantastic.

cam't think of anything- other than I never like those plastic cups which hotels seem to have introduced

The location next to the central station was very convenient. There was a sort of balcony going around the hotel which could be accessed from the hallway, that was cool although you can't see much but other buildings (we weren't able to see the fireworks very well from here on New Years Eve). The minibar was well stocked with drinks and snacks and the prices weren't terrible. The TV offered various English, Spanish, and Russian-language channels (and a couple others). The room had an electric rolladen with buttons next to the bed which was nice to keep the light out if you don't want to wake up in the morning. Also, the hotel allowed us to check out an hour later when we called and asked them, without charging us extra.

The description says the hotel is "elegant" although I wouldn't describe it as such. From the outside it looks like a cheap, tacky motel. Inside, in the lobby, it looks somewhat "elegant" although our room was a bit tacky (the sponge-painted orange walls stuck out to me the most). For the price we paid I think much better could be expected, although the convenient location was almost unbeatable and is probably the reason for the higher price.
